5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on HostHelper could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HostHelper does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. HostHelper is not liable to you or any third party for termination of your access to the Service.

12. Payment Terms

Pricing for HostHelper services is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice. When you purchase a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
  • Refunds are not available for paid services, except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

13. No Warranties

HostHelper provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. HostHelper makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HostHelper does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostHelper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service or breach of these Terms of Service.
